Descriptionfor £70 7s of small parcel of ground now planted with trees in Winster adjoining eastwardly to messuage hereinafter mentioned (a moiety of which is intended to be hereby granted), south to town street of Winster, west to read from Town Street into a field or yard called Moor’s Fold and north to same fold or yard, which was formerly in the occupation of Richard Cadman, blacksmith, on part whereof was then used as a smithy, the west end as a swinecote with chamber over; also erection or building on a small piece of ground formerly called Moors Pinfold adjoining east to a lane or footway from Town Street by the east end of the messuage (see below) towards Birchover, south to the same messuage, west and north to the said fold, formerly in the occupation of Jeremiah Buxton, on part of which was erected a swinecote but is converted into a chicken pen; half messuage in Winster with butcher’s shop and stable adjoining and belonging, now divided into two dwellings in the occupations of Caldwell and William Marshall.
