Description | Sutton’s brother in law, reciting that Blackwall by indenture of 29 July 1736 made between 1. Blackwall and 2. John Johnson of Winster yeoman mortgaged for £12 messuage in deed below (but with no detail concerning the ore house except to describe it a decayed) for 500 years and reciting indenture of 26 February 1740/1 made between 1. Johnson 2. Blackwall and 3. Eyre, by which the mortgage was assigned to Eyre redeemable on payment of £25 and reciting that Eyre has lent Blackwall a further £5 by bond of 14 Aug 1741 and that Blackwall now owes him £34 12s and that Sutton has agreed to buy the premises and witnessing that Eyre for £34 12s paid by Sutton at Blackwall’s direction has assigned the premises to Bradley in trust for Sutton Dated 16 Apr |
