Feoffment by 1. Ephraim Wilson of Burton ‘Jorce’[Joyce] co Nottingham husbandman to 2. Thomas Blackwall of Winster miner for £2 10s of parcel of land containing 12 yards in length butting east on the smithy of Francis Robinson now in the tenure of Robert Fisher and west on the hall croft barn and 10 yards in breadth butting south on the street and common way or road in Winster and north on the hall croft in the manor of Winster Dated 17 October At foot, notes that William Blackwell ?baren in July the 13 1669 and Marey Blackwell was born Apr 29th 1695 Endorsed with livery of seisin and note that William Blackwall was born September 24 1705, his mother died Nov 14 1706
