Description | Recites: will of Robert Berrisford, farmer of Breaston (probate 2 Feb 1876) in which property is left to his wife Eliza, her sons Samuel Edwin and Walter Kent and her daughter Elizabeth. Following the deceases of Eliza (1891) and Samuel Edwin (9 Oct 1877) Walter Kent and Eliza Berrisford (nee Kent) inherit the property which was enfranchised on 30 Dec 1892, namely four cottages at Breaston. Endorsed with a further charge of £40 (3 Feb 1894) and reconveyance on repayment of the mortgage (30 Apr 1898) |
