Hugh Barber Charity: referenced on a board in the Bell Tower, "long defunct" by 1846 (Samuel Bagshaw's Directory of Derbyshire). Annual income: £1 2s. In Feb 1995, Rev. Allum noted that the charity was defunct but a note of 24 January 1994 indicated that the annual income was distributed with the Joan Morton Charity [Note from local historian at the time of deposit]
