Copy bargain and sale by George Makworth late of Empynham, Rutland to Robert Liversege of Derby of all such meases, cottages, lands, meadows, pastures in the town of Derby viz. one mease place lying in the Fregate between the tenement of the priors and nuns on the east side and the tenement of Elles Poll on the west side, one cottage lying in the same gate near to the monastery of the friars, one garden styd lying in the same gate between the tenement of the priors and the tenement of Roger More, and a capital mease on the Morledge with four cottage and a close adjoining the same and a cottage lying between the tenement of Thomas Marnby and the water called, Hocbroke, butting on the Derwent to the east and the highway to the west, and 44 1/2 acres of arable land in the fields of Derby, 12 Nov 10, Henry VIII [1518] [Damaged]
