Further information: In medical report of March 1958: Hydrocele Rt testis The claimant complains of loss of libido and attributes this and the loss of the Lt testis to the original accident'. A further assessment was made of 5 per cent from 17 September 1958 for life. 'This man has a right spermatocele and has had the left testicle removed, both are unconnected with the relevant accident'.
