A Ministry of Health report dated 3 October 1951 states 'He has recovered sufficiently from old injury to back to be fit for work. He is very introspective.'Previously, a letter dated 16 September 1949 states 'This man should not be engaged in heavy lifting work.' There is also mention of fibrositis. A handwritten letter by the claimant (undated) mentions trying to get 'light work.' |
