A letter dated 16 May 1949 thanks Mr Kitts (representative) for a list of Collieries covered by the Derbyshire Area of the NUM and gives notice of Hallam's hearing date. On appeal the decision was given as 15 per cent disablement for life on account that 'The Tribunal feel the Medical Board ignored Regulation 2 (3) (a) of the Benefit Regulations.' |
