Further information: No unforeseen aggravation proven. From NUM notes: 'Terrible strain on the wife. Sits for a few minutes watching television - falls asleep. No conversation possible - lost interest in everything. Cannot stand noise at all - washing machine, children crying etc.'. Further correspondence includes a report from a Consultant Neurosurgeon in June 1967.
