Conveyance by trustees for the sale of the estate of the late Nicholas Earl of Scarsdale and Nicholas Leek (e) of Yaxley Hall, Suffolk esq to Brabazon Hallowes of Glapwell esq for £720, of tithes of corn and hay etc belonging to the late Earl of Scarsdale's estate and arising out of the lands of Hallowes in Glapwell in the parishes of Bolsover and Scarcliff (about 330 acres) and tithes of corn etc also part of the Earl's estate and arising out of Hallowes' lands in Ault Hucknall (about 200 acres), tithe rent of £1 12s per annum from Hallowes land in Scarcliff and Palterton D187/10/7/1 Notice of meeting to ascertain tithe rent charge in lieu of tithes in Glapwell, 7 Apr 1848
