Quitclaim by Robert de Welton to Richard of Misterton (Nottinghamshire) chaplain of his rights in 1 messuage and a half bovate which Richard holds of him in Misterton and formerly belonged to Simon son of Henry. Richard and his heirs and assigns shall have the tenement for Richard's lifetime and 15 years after his death, paying annually 1 mark from which they are quit during the 12 years following the making of this quitclaim, for a sum of money paid to Robert [18 May]
