Record by William Glapwell parson of Heath that he has enfeoffed Thomas Prior of Newstead [Nottinghamshire] William Foljambe parson of Pleasley, Robert Barley the elder, William Woolhouse the younger, Robert Woolhous and William Whitley with all his lands etc in Glapwell and elsewhere in Derbyshire on condition that they carry out his will, ie that he himself shall have all the issues etc during the remainder of his life and after his death William Woolhouse the elder his cousin shall have them, and after his death the fees shall pass to his son William Woolhouse the younger, provided that Alison his mother, widow of William W0olhouse the elder, shall have one-third of the issues during her lifetime, 17 Aug 21 Edward IV
