Title	Attested copy articles of agreement between Ann Evans of Derby, widow, and Francis Evans, son of the said Ann Evans, of the one part, and Francis Beresford of Ashbourne, gent, one of the Attornies of His Majesty’s Court of King’s Bench at Westminster, of the other part, by which the said Francis Evans binds himself to the said Francis Beresford to serve him as his clerk in his said profession of Attorney at Law for the term of 5 years. Dated 10 February.
