Upper Heage Junior School
Administrative History
Upper Heage Board School opened in 1878. Later re-named Upper Heage Junior School, perhaps after the Infants School was opened in September 1916. The two schools merged in October but continued to be run as separate department. Both departments merged with Nether Heage Junior School in 1977 to form Heage Primary School.
