reciting the death of Theophilus Brough and the wish of Goodwin to exonerate the lands in Wirksworth and Alderwasley from the mortgage in view of their imminent sale, and reciting the terms of D1765/T/50, of four beastgates on Hognaston Wynn in Hognaston and four beastgates on Hognaston, Oldfield otherwise Hognaston Nether Pasture, the beastgates to stand as additional security to Francis Hurt.
