Description | Whereby a messuage in Ashbourne in the Swine Market (to be conveyed by Alice, Richard, Mary and Alice to Henshaw) is declared to be held by Henshaw for ever, and a piece of land called Hinchley Wood (14 acres) with a barn and Hinchley Top (11 acres), a piece of land (3 acres) lately enclosed out of Acresall and lying eastwardly against Hinchley Wood, and all that piece of land (8 acres) called Tibdale, two pieces of land lying together, one called Leasowside, and the other heretofore part of Overhill (10 acres) and a piece of land lately divided in three and enclosed out of Mapleton Callow (25 acres) a close lying at the eastern end of Rye Field (4 acres), and one land in Rye Field, one land in Rye Field lying under the Oxening Hedge (one rood), and of a close and various other parcels of land (8 acres) in Rye Field, and one pingle (one acre) abutting on Bradbourne Brook, and one pingle at the west end of Rye Field lately enclosed therefrom are to be held by Goodwin in fee. |
