Description
Reciting marriage settlement of Richard and Sarah of which Wigley and Wardle are trustees of two messuages in Church Street, Ashbourne, a messuage and croft in Mapleton, one beastgate on the Callow in Mapleton, four beastgates on the Callow (that is, winter sheepgates), a piece of land in Hognaston whereon a messuage once stood (1/2 acre) and a seat in Hognaston church and a dwelling house in Hognaston, to hold to the use of Richard for life, and then in trust for Sarah, and with remainder in tail male on the heirs of the bodies of Richard and Sarah.
