Title
Estate papers relating to property at Hilton, including agreements to let, correspondence, plans of farm buildings and accounts. Many relate to the Breaches, a farm and land purchased by Edmund Evans from the executors of Thomas Rose with plan. Mostly 1790-1805, including lease for 99 years by John Gisbourn of Derby, esq to Joseph Ward of Hilton, schoolmaster, of land in the Town Fields of Hilton, and 3 beast gates in the common pasture called the Matholme, and survey and valuation of Hilton 1781 (at inclosure) [Parcel 58]
