Gift by Nicholas de Ellerker, clerk, to Alice his daughter, of all the messuage and building etc which was once held by John de Hoton, in the parish of St Andrew, which he bought of John, son and heir of the said John, in tail general with remainder to his right heirs - rent 1d a year to Nicholas and 40d a year to the wife of Andrew de Nevyle.
