Lease by Robert Tunstead of Stoddard, Chapel-en-le-Frith to Charles and John Lingard sons of Charles Lingard of Chapel Milne towne, Glossop, bachelors, in consideration of £62 10s 0d., all those buildings rooms and portions of buildings (part of buildings formerly in the occupation of Robert and Ann Tunstead) namely the parlour below the middle floor, the two chambers over the same parlour, the chamber over the entry to the messuage, the stable, the ox house and two bays of the barn adjoining the ox house, also the garden adjoining the ox house, also the garden adjoining the parlour and closes called Great Hayfield, Lesser Slackyord field and the west end of the Heald, for 99 years after the death of Ann Tunsteed at an annual rent of 12d.
