Bargain and sale by Fraunces Wortley of Tylne [Tyln, Nottinghamshire], esq and Mary his wife (one of the daughters and coheirs of Robert Swyfte, decd. ) to Sir Fraunces Leek of Sutton in the Dale, in consideration of £11, of all their lands etc. in Kynworldmershe, saving to Wortley and his wife, and to her heirs, a third part of all mines of coal and ironstone upon and under any of the said lands with liberty to dig or delve for coal or ironstone. 16 Mar, 7 Eliz, I [1565]
