Title
Sale and quitclaim by Oliver Cusin of Kynewaldemeris [Killamarsh] to Thomas son of Robert Spinc of Ekynton [Eckington] of a moiety of land and meadow in a croft called Stevenecroft that is 3 acres land and meadow, in Kynewaldemers, at 4d a year for all services save foreign service, one plough service at Quadragesima and one harvest service in autumn by all his family, except his wife - with further gift of 1 acre arable and 1 rood meadow namely 1/2 acre at Haygate between the lands of Richard de Treton and Nicholas the reeve, 1/2 acre in Hassarto of the priest and 1 rood meadow in Hasegarhale consideration 5s. Witnesses; John, parson of Ekynton, John de Waleswa', Richard Treton, Peter Armigero, [Arminger] Richard son of William.
