Gift by Richard son of Roger de Duckmanton to Robert, his son, of a toft and croft at Dukmanton which Roger son of Hugh de Dukmanton once held with 7 acres arable and 6 doles below Lyttle-wode namely 1 acre in le Estfild between Richard's land and the land of Roger de Dukmanton, butting on Romewell Dike, 1 acre between the lands of Roger de Dukmanton and Robert son of Henry butting upon le Moneoke Gate, 1/2 acre between the lands of William the miller and Mathew, butting on Ufcrofte, 1 rood upon Stanwelle Hill, 1 rood at le Brodapletre Medue, 1 rood butting on Lytel Crossegate between Richard's land on the south and Robert son of Hugh's on the north 1/2 acre between Richard's lands to the north and the abbot of Welbeck's to the south, butting between Crowell Sike and Godwinsike 1/2 acre by Hinkersell Sike between the lands of Richard and of Robert son of Hugh, in le Stubbinge 3 roods upon Cornylegh Havedlande, 1 acre at le Sunckel in le Northfild, 1/2 acre at Lythbirke, one head butting on le Fernyleh and the other on a sike towards le Doky Hatch, 1/2 acre at Moroke Gate between the lands of Roger de Dokemanton and Geoffrey Willoke, 1 rood in the south part of Makeu Medue, on head butting on le Merke and the other on the land of Robert son of Hugh - rent 6d a year.
