Title
Agreement between William de Stutevile, son of John de Stutevile, and Hugh, Abbot of Welbeck William to quitclaim to the abbey and to Thomas de Mellis[?Maux], all suit of court which he exacts from a tenement held by the abbey at Duckmanton, save at 2 courts a year, consideration 1/2 mark a year. Witnesses; Joscelin de Staynesby, Ralf de Reresby etc
