Title	Quitclaim by Geoffrey son of Hugh de Ducmanton [Duckmanton] to Welbeck Abbey, of all his title to 2 bovates and a toft in Ducmanton, which the abbey had of the gift of William Spaine, his kinsman, being the marriage portion of Sigerede, William's mother, and also of Avice, William's sister, subject to a rent of 22d a year - with gift of 1 rood arable in the abbey's ploughland, in exchange for 1 rood in Benelandes [Bean Lands], subject to the service of a pair of white gloves a year.
