Title
Confirmation by Matilda, daughter and heir of Henry son of Robert de Ducmanton [Duckmanton], widow of Peter de Pecc, son of William, to Welbeck Abbey, of all gifts to the abbey by Peter son of William, her late husband, viz a fifth part of the mill of Ducmanton - with gift of the whole of le Suthcroft, lying between Pitemannecroft and the croft of Richarde de Oure, which Henry son of Mabilla held and all her meadow in the holme of Brigemilne - subject to an annual rent of 4s for the said fifth part of the mill, 8d for Suthcrofte and 4d for the meadow. Witnesses: Alan de Brimington, Gilbert son of Joce de Blida [Blyth], John de Collingham of Cestrefeld [Chesterfield], Robert son of Edwin of Cestrefeld etc
