Title
Gift by Hamo son of Waler de Dukmanton [Duckmanton] to Welbeck Abbey of his toft in Dukmanton which he holds of Hawise, daughter of Robert Torchard, near the house of Robert son of Ralf towards the east, with 2 parcels of land pertaining to the said toft, that is one parcel in the ploughlands called Benelandes between the land of the said Hawise and Richard Semblant, and the other in the same ploughland, towards the east, between the church's half acre and the demesne of Hawise - consideration 1mark - subject to an annual rent of 14d to Hawise. Witnesses: John de Orrebi, William son of Gregory de Scarteclive [Scarcliffe], William son of Thomas de Sutton, Adam de Stanleie,Hugh de Brimington.
