Title
Gift by Yngilram [Ingram] de Bramton to Robert de Hulecotis, all the land of Hulecotis [Owlcotes, p Heath] with the meadow of Hewintoft and the enclosed meadow of Lund - subject to an annual rent of 26d for all services, save that of providing one man, if needed,on two days a year to repair his millpond, finding reasonable aid for knighting his eldest son and marrying his eldest daughter and grinding a 20th of his corn at Yngilram's mill. Witnesses: Hugh, clerk of Dranef' [Dronfield], Richard priest of Bramton [Brampton], Roger, priest of Cesterfeld [Chesterfield] and Stephen the chaplain.
