Title
Confirmation by Henry, son of William del Hull of Thopeton [Tupton] of a charter of William his father granting to Welbeck Abbey 1 acre arable in Thopeton between the land of John de Brayl' on the north and of the abbey to the south, and 1 acre land lying nearer the abbey's toft in Winefeld [North Wingfield]. Witnesses: John de Eyncorte, rector of Winefeld, William de Eyncourt, his brother, William de Pilesley, Henry del Hul, Robert de Morton, Robert de Alnswood of Winefeld, John del Hul de Eggestowe [Egstow] etc [see also p. 15 d]. Witnesses: Roger de Dukmanton, Ralf de Glapp[well], John de Wigley, Roger de Summervell, William de Wigley etc. Dated at Cestr' [Chesterfield], Saturday before St Cuthbert [16 March], 1212
