Archive Creator	Parish of Allestree St Nicholas
Administrative History	The church of St Nicholas was built in 1957 and consecrated in 1959. It was originally a chapel of ease of the parish of St Edmund, Allestree. It became a separate parish in 1964.
Custodial History	The records were deposited in the Derbyshire Record Office by the parish in July 1995, July 2000 and April 2026.
