1 - Deed to levy a line to make a tenant. John Gardom, hosier, of Bubnell and Christian, his wife, devisees of Benjamin Chappell, woolstapler, of Youlgreave, Christian’s former husband, John Derman, doctor of physic, of Bakewell, Richard Prime, warehouseman of Buckersley, Benjamin Chappell of Youlgreave, nephew of Benjamin Chappell, William and Thomas Gardom, hosiers, of Bubnel. To Edward Wilmot, of the Middle Temple. Nutlow Closes in Youlgeave, Hucklow, Matlock, Tideswell and sittings in Matlock Parish Church. To levy a fine in order to make Wilmot the tenant to the praecipe to suffer a recovery by Thomas Gardom to hold to such uses as John and Christian Gardom and Benjamin Chappell shall direct. - 17 Apr 1779
