All that plot, piece or parcel of land or ground late part of a garden situate, lying and being in the township of Stanton aforesaid in the said county of Derby, on the south side of and adjoining to the highway leading from Stanton to Stanton Lees, and bounded on the west and north by the remainder of the garden belonging to the said John Sneaps, and on the last by land of William Pole Thornhill, esquire - 16 Dec 1843

3 - Memorandum re choice and appoinment of new trustees of the piece or parcel of land with the school forming part of and used in connection with the Wesleyan Reform Chapel at Stanton in Peak in the county of Derby, at a meeting duly convened, constituted and held for that purpose in the said school - 23 Oct 1909
