1 - Probate of the will of Thomas Calvert, citizen and joiner of London, now of St Andrews, Holburn. A workshop in Theobald’s Court to his nephew, Samuel Ferniough, and a leasehold in New North St. to his cousin, George Calvert, who is appointed executor. Probate Oct 21st 1714. - 11 Oct 1714

Bequests to her granddaughters, Dorothy, Ruth and Elizabeth Scholler, John Calvert her son; Mary Holmes, Jane Sleigh, Dorothy Bunting and Francis Clayton, her daughters-in-law; Daniel Baker of London, her son-in-law, Elizabeth Barker of Bakewell, etc. Residue to her son-in-law, Robert Scholler, who is appointed executor. One copy (D7674/BarD/557) proved on May 16th 1723. - 17 Oct 1722
3 - Bond. Francis Bunting of Youlgreave to Robert Scholler of Beeley in £20. Bunting having received legacies under the will of George Calvert from Scholler, his executor he is to pay back his share if Scholler is compelled to pay certain of Calvert’s debts as a result of actions pending in Chancery. Similar bond from John Calvert of Yeaveley. - 12 Sep 1733
4 - Articles of agreement. Francis Bunting of Nether Haddon with George Savile. To convey to Savile land to the value of £30, he acting as trustee for a sum of £400 bequeathed by his father, John Calvert, to Dorothy Calvert whom Bunting is to marry. - 19 Jun 1711
