1 - Articles of agreement. Robert Barker, joiner, of Darley with Henry Barker, joiner, of the same. Half a shop and land behind to make a timber yard is to be granted to Henry without cost to him so long as Henry lives with him. Henry also to have the use for his rent of the Ballacre in the Wenslee, houseroom fire and lodgings. If Henry marries he may remove his own goods from the house. Messuages in bakewell and Tideswell; closes in Youlgreave; messuages etc. in Hope, Castleton and Bradwell, messuage and lands at Coates Park, Alfreton; closes in Darley; a farm at Barlow; three messuages at Brampton; all his leadmines; a moiety of a farm at Shire Green. To be held to such uses as Barker shall decide. - 12 Apr 1793
14 - Grant in trust. John Barker of Bakewell, with the consent of his wife, Jane, now residing at Greenwich, to Peter Walthall, clerk, of Bakewell. A copyhold messuage and lands in Ashford to be held in trust for Barker and, if he should die before Jane, to hold them in trust to pay from the profits of the same a sum sufficient to make the annual value of the property she will in that case inherit, under the wills of Godfrey Watkinson and Robert Scholler, up to a total of £200. - 12 Apr 1793

The Brampton property to be held by a trustee for the paymnt of £200 to Jane; Thomas agrees to convey to Jane an annuity of £200 from his property at Barmpton, Monyash, Muckspout and Hagg, etc. - 9 Oct 1795

Holme Farm, Wadshelf Farm, and a moiety of property at Shire Green; for £150, to the use of Thomas Barker, etc. he paying £50 a year from the Holme Farm. - 31 May 1803
