2 - Assignment of lease dated 20 October 15 Ch [1639] made by William Earl of Devonshire to Nicholas Kyrke of 2 neighbourships in the herbage of Mainstonefeild or Chinley (one twentieth part of the herbage) for 30 years from 1639, by Nicholas Kyrke of Laneside, yeoman to Charles Lingard of Chapel Milton of 4 acres of the old measure, part of the neighbourships and called Hallefeild, for 29 years, rent £3 6s 8d annually - [1640]

7-8 - Lease by Thomas Harrison of Chunall to Francis Clarke [of Chinley] husbandman for [term missing] of messuage in Chinley and closes etc [?8 acres, but the acreage is partly missing] yearly rent £7 13s, so long as Harrison's heirs of his body are living, then £5 3s yearly for remainder of term - 1670
