1-2 - Copy wills of Anne Booth, late of Stoney Middleton, gentleman; all money secured in trust for her upon the tolls of the Chesterfield - Hernstone Lane Head Turnpike and any other money secured upon turnpike tolls, to her sister, Mary Elliot, and her brother, Philip Sheldon, upon trust to dispose of the interest to her nieces, Elizabeth, wife of James Bradley, and Hannah, wife of Thomas Fentem, to be equally divided for their lives, and then to the children of Hannah in equal shares, in default to her brother Philip Sheldon (see also D385 M/T 6) 3 Sep - 1804
