1 - Address to the Justices of the Peace at the next monthly meeting at Chapel en le Frith Recites that a petition was presented to last Quarter Sessions on 13 Jan from persons in township of Bowden Middlecale to obtain an order for the division of the township into 3 overseerships instead of the existing 2; it was ordered that the matter be referred to the next monthly meeting for the Hundred of High Peak to settle it and report to Quarter Sessions The subscribers to this address have divided the township into 3 parts:- (Beard, Ollersett, Whittle, Thornset) (Great Hamlet, Phoside and Kinder) (Bugsworth, Brownside and Chinley) Names of families etc who are to move from one division to another are given Endorsed with 1 Copy of assignment dated 26 Mar 1716 by Peter Wood of B-, Glossop, badger to Jervis Collier of Jowhole, Glossop of lease dated 25 Mar 1716 by John Carrington of Bugsworth gent to Peter Wood of lands (named) with house and barn in Bugsworth for 21 years, with reference to boons 2 Copy of memorandum of agreement dated 27 Aug 1716 relating to a house in Bugsworth (leased from John Carrington) and made between George Swindells, William Olliver of Bugsworth, George Hadfield of Ridgtop, overseers of the poor of Bugsworth and Ann, George Swindel’s wife, in part relating to Ann’s maintenance, refers to a little shop - 1712-1713
