1 - Letters patent No.3467 for Edward Ensor of Woodville, Fire Brick Manufacturer, for invention of "improvement in Kilns for burning pottery and salt glaze ware applicable also to the burning of bricks and to the annealing of iron" for 14 years - 1869
2 - Agreement to share costs equally for erecting and running a kiln between Edward Ensor, Frederick Hoffmann of Berlin (Germany), Architect, and Hermann Wedekind of London, Engineer - 1870-1872
