1 - Lease for 2 lives [unexecuted] Thomas, Bishop of Carlisle/Junior Coke of Melbourne Rent: £45 per year, £20 per year to Vicar of Melbourne Costs of maintaining and repairing chancels of churches including Chellaston; timber and stone to be allowed from premises for repairs to Mansion House Term: for lives of Junior Coke, Robert Coke of Trusley and [Thos Coke] son and heir of Junior Coke, 22 May [damaged] - 1690
2 - Copy probate of Joseph Osborne of Spondon, esq, family bequests including £5,000 to testator's nephew Isaac Osborne and £4,000 to testator's sister Mary Bequests to friends and servants including £50 to James Cade of Spondon, surgeon £1,000 to trustees Henry Pilkington of The Firs, near Derby and Saml Richardson Radford of Derby for testator's sister Ann, wife of Chas Meakin of Spondon for sole use of her and her children. Real estate including testator's house, furniture, plate, linen, china, live and dead stock and lands near the Homestead called Locks Pitt Close, Sales Close, Clover Close and the Croft and the Old Baker's Garden to testator's sister Mary for life and then to testator's nephew Jacob Osborne of London Codicils (two) revoking bequests to trustees for Anne Meakin, 1816 and 1818.
