1-3 - Deeds re messuage at Tideswell purchased by Adam Barker in 1769 - 1736-1769
4-7 - Deeds re messuages in Elton (D2224/4-5 only) and to Cogeon Close in Litton, which was purchased by Adam Barker in 1785 - 1774-1785
8-11 - Deeds re messuages, garden, outbuildings, land etc devised to Mary Silkstone (in reversion on the death of her mother, by her father who died about 1775) who married Adam son of the Adam of deeds D2224/1-7 - 1757-1775
12-26 - Deeds re the Tideswell properties mentioned in D2224/1-11 and the Litton land of deeds D2224/4-7, mortgaged by Adam son of Adam Barker from 1807 and sold by him in 1825 to John Gregory, who in turn sold them to John Bagshaw in 1833 - 1807-1833
27-33 - Deeds re purchase by John Bagshaw of a messuage, orchard and allotment of land in Tideswell in 1838 - 1773-1838
