(1) assigns £5000 life insurance and £3000 interest under parent’s marriage settlement (1851) and (2) assigns £5000 interest under parent’s marriage settlement and (3) assigns interim payment £150 pa to (4) to pay interest on funds to (1) and (2) separately and after their deaths to dispose of capital as they shall appoint - [early 20th cent]
