1 - 29 June (1) Rev Lawrence Dundas Henry Cokburne Rector of Norton in Hales, Salop and Vicar of Etwall, domestic chaplain to Duke of Sussex. Letters of probate with Will (1826) annexed leaving estate to trustees to sell and invest in government stock, proceeds to wife Mary Teresa for life, various money legacies payable from capital after her death, residue to Hugh Kev on condition he assumes the surname of Cockburne - 1830
2 - 12 August (1) Maria Teresa Cokburne, Etwall, widow. Letter of probate with Will (1830) annexed leaving residue to trustees to sell and give money legacies to niece, daughter of George Cockburne esq., great nieces Rosamond Adderley and Penelope Cave, nephew Col. Edwin Cotton, Rev Charles Cotton, nieces: Maria Stovin, Eliza Sneyd, Emma Cotton - 1833
3-4 - Letter of administration with will annexed of unadminstered estate of Maria Cokburne to Rosamond Adderley and Catherine Penelope Cave (1849) and John Balguy, Penelope’s executor (1873) - 1849-1873
