| Description | Derbyshire Record Office accepts photographs routinely as local studies acquisitions. Less frequently, they form part of archive collections. Except in cases where it has not been possible to obtain copyright permission, photographs from local studes and archive collections are digitised and made available online by Picture the Past, the photographic archive of the North East Midlands.
