of one part of the Old Hall in Ounstone, a chamber over the wainhouse called the Malthouse Chamber, a garden, the nether part of a fold or yard leading from the corner of the malthouse to the Court Door, a 'Pigg Coat' (with privilege to JM to lay corn in the Little Chamber in the Nether End) and two closes called the Great Sawtey and the Little Sawtey measuring 6½ acres
