Administrative HistoryHannah Franklin, later Booth, was born on 6 Aug 1778, the 4th child and 3rd daughter of Willingham Franklin and his wife Hannah (nee Weekes). She married John Booth of Ingoldmells at Mavis Enderby on 3 April 1805. They went on to have two children, Thomas Willingham Booth (1806-1869) and Mary Booth (1807-1845), who became the second wife of John Richardson. Hannah Booth played a significant role in helping to nurse Franklin's first wife, Eleanor, during her fatal illness in Feb 1825. Hannah died at Horbury Crescent, Notting Hill, on 6 Jan 1867 and was buried in Friskney, Lincolnshire. The basic genealogical information came from the family tree drawn up for William F. Rawnsley (D8760/F/LIB/11/7).
