Administrative HistoryToc H is an international Christian movement founded in 1915 in Poperinghe, Belgium as a rest and recreation centre for British soldiers. A youth centre was established in London in 1920 and branches were formed across the UK and the world. The Chesterfield branch had been founded by 1928 when these records begin.
