This items were deposited on behalf of Tansley Parish Council in June 2014, having been on display in the Village Hall for approximately thirty years. Prior to their transfer to the Village Hall they had been on display at Tansley Community Hall (formerly Tansley Reading Room and Parish Building). There is also a wooden Roll of Honour entitled 'Men of Tansley Wood Mills' which was not deposited as it outside the collecting remit of the Record Office.
