Title
Copy of the will of William Hayward of Taddington, yeoman Will dated 1 Feb 1826- to my brother, Valentine, the house where I dwell and a house where John Hibberd now dwells, with a garden, coalhouse, and two crofts, and two pieces of land on the Bank Side, vizt an allotment on Taddington Common, subject £25 which I bequeath to her, and my £50 mortgage. To my brother, John, two pieces of land called the Hardshafts, with stable, barn, shippon, and carthouse. To Charles, son of my sister Alice, £20 when afted 21. To my niece, Jane Dicken, I guinea. To my two sisters, Ann and Alice, all the household goods, they to live in the house John Hibberd now occupies. The residue to my brother, John. Executors: Matthew Roberts and my brother, John
