Title
Statement of George Smith and Thomas Punchaby 16 Mar 1829 - concerns the disputed right of way alongside the mill goite at the Corn Mill, Bakewell, which, although a public footpath, was not a right of way for any other traffic, that being a privilege which was at the dispensation of the owner of the adjacent house. Details are given back to 1770 Appended are two plans of the area, marking the disputed track, and a memorandum
